Can anyone help me with the below error I got while posting on Instagram business account?

 

  • Could not upload media file: The aspect ratio is not supported.: Invalid Aspect Ratio: The submitted image with aspect ratio ('810/1080',) cannot be published. Please submit an image with a valid aspect ratio.

As far as I know, landscape images need to be 1:1.91 ratio according to Zapier. So a 1080 wide image needs to be 565px high.

 

Saying that I still get the same error at that size! I can post a 1:1ratio

Tagging on to what @ttl5217 mentioned regarding the ratio requirements, this Instagram article may be helpful as well!

After spending some time with support I have found that the aspect ratio for landscape images has to be exactly 1:1.91, mine we failing because they were 1:1.9143.

So I now use images at exactly these dimensions and they post perfectly:

 

800 x 1528

600 x 1146
