After spending some time with support I have found that the aspect ratio for landscape images has to be exactly 1:1.91, mine we failing because they were 1:1.9143.
So I now use images at exactly these dimensions and they post perfectly:
800 x 1528
600 x 1146
As far as I know, landscape images need to be 1:1.91 ratio according to Zapier. So a 1080 wide image needs to be 565px high.
Saying that I still get the same error at that size! I can post a 1:1ratio
