Hello,

I’d like to organize all my parts of my daily campaign in asana and once complete create a campaign from a specific template in ActiveCampaign to prepare for sending.

I have parts such as Subject, Banner A, Banner B, body, etc.

I tried creating each part as a subtask, but then zapier doesn’t seem to get them,

To make sure I’m understanding, are you receiving an error message or is one of the apps not connecting to Zapier? If you can share a screenshot of your configuration and any error messages you are receiving we can dig deeper!
