The CRM I use is called Total Expert. On the Total Expert site, they provide instructions on how to integrate the two, but when I look in the Zap Apps, Total Expert is not available. Im wondering how to connect these and also trying to figure out why it appears to be available on the Total Expert side, but is not in the Zapier list of apps?

Good question.

Some apps have private Zap app integrations which are invite only.

Probably best to reach out to Total Expert to ask about instructions for how to integrate with Zaps.
