Anyone struggle to connect ClickFunnels to Trainerize through a Zap?

I’m trying to take information a user inputs through my Clickfunnels website when they purchase a program, put it through Zapier, and have it automatically create a client profile for them. All accounts are linked. Any thoughts?

Hi @vnase

Help us have more info by posting these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • any encountered errors

And provide more specific details about the issue you are having configuring the Zap steps.

These are the screenshots I’ve taken. I hope these can help you better identify my problem. None of the clients are in the “pending” category so I doubt that it’s an issue with not enough open client spots.

Hi @vnase,

To automatically create a client profile when a user purchases your Clickfunnels site, set up a Zap with Clickfunnels as the trigger app and 'New Purchase' as the event. Connect your Clickfunnels account, select the relevant funnel and step, and test the trigger. Then, choose your destination app (like a CRM or Google Sheets) and set the action event to create a record or contact. Map the purchase data to the appropriate fields, test the action, and turn on your Zap to automate the process moving forward.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to ask.
