I wanted to see if anyone can help me with this one. 

so we are a small estate agency in the UK, we have 3 valuers who go and see clients to provide valuations of their homes and discuss marketing them. 

ive created a workflow through Zapier but hit a block on one part. 

I wanted to send a text (or even better whatsapp) to the client the day before the valuation, confirming the appointment itself. 

However, with 3 valuers, i have put in the API from my CRM to identify who is the seller, who is the valuer etc, but i want the message to come directly from the valuers mobile number, so if the seller responds, it automatically goes directly to the valuers contact number rather then through a dashboard etc. 

The aim is, to get them to confirm, cancel or rebook, so when they prompt, it goes to the valuer and they can deal with it straight away, but the message is personal in its tone which is why i wanted it directly from the valuer so it looks as if they have messaged them to confirm rather then being automated. 

i have tried click send, but it doesn't seem to support this, and i know whatsapp isnt integrated with zapier yet (boooo!) but surely there is something which can start a 2 way chat between them? 

any ideas here at all?

You may need to get phone numbers for each rep to use vs their mobile phone numbers.
