ALL MY INTEGRATIONS WITH 123FORMBUILDER STOPPED

Today around 3:00 AM all my integrations with 123formbuilder stopped running. I can't identify errors, as they don't even appear in the task history. When I try to make a new integration, the zapier gives error when loading the new sub-missions.

Find Data (error)

A Submission could not be found

Error parsing response: We got: “<!DOCTYPE html>
