Is there a way to get Airtable and Google Tasks to integrate directly? Like if I assign a task in airtable is there a way for that task to sync to the owner on google tasks?

That should be possible, though it depends a little on how you’re assigning the tasks in Airtable. The first thing that I’d recommend checking out is this page, which shows the different triggers and actions that you can use with the two apps: Connect Airtable and Google Tasks
The second thing to mention is that there isn’t a way of triggering a Zap from an updated record in Airtable but you can trigger from a new record in a view. That means that you can create a different view in Airtable for each person to whom you might assign a task, then you can create a Zap that will trigger from that view.
