Hi,

I'm planning a Microsoft Teams webinar and collecting leads through Facebook Lead Ads.

I'd like to automate the process of adding these leads as participants to my Teams webinar using Zapier.

Is it possible to create a Zap that automatically registers new participants to a Microsoft Teams Event (Webinar) when a new lead is captured? I had no problem to connect Facebook Lead Ads to Zapier. But the last step to add the Leads to the Event (Webinar) is my problem.

Does Zapier have an action to add participants to a Teams webinar, or would I need to use a custom API call? If anyone has set this up before, I’d appreciate any tips.

MS Teams Events available Zap actions: https://zapier.com/apps/microsoft-teams-events/integrations#triggers-and-actions

No option to create webinar registrant.

That would require using the MS Teams Events API.
