Adding mileage to an acuity appointment using a zap?

This is what I am trying to do, create an appointment in acuity that includes mileage. This isn’t possible on acuity (from what I can tell) but I have a zap that updates our client database when someone books, so I am wondering if I can have a zap create an invoice that adds the mileage for an appointment. 

Currently we use paypal to invoice.

Does anyone have any experience setting something like this up?

I appreciate any tips!

Hi there @First Light Client Care - Thanks for writing in! You may want to check with Acuity to see if there’s any option to customize your appointments including adding fields. If by chance that Acuity isn’t giving you that option, you can check out our Scheduling apps here that work with Zapier: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/scheduling - I like Calendly for flexibility.
