  • Adding a WooCommerce Order to the First Row of a Google Sheet Instead of the Last

Hello,

I have a zap that links a Woo e-shop to a Google spreadsheet, through the Advanced order export plugin. Everytime a new order is placed, it creates a new row into the spreadsheet with the order’s details:

 

 

 

I wanted to know if it is possible to create a new row between the spreadsheet’s header and the first line instead of adding them to the end?

Or, is it possible to ask Zapier to sort the spreadsheet from ‘Date de commande’ column from Z to A everytime it runs?

My recommendation would be to use Airtable instead of GSheets.

Airtable has Views, which are segments of data that can be:

  • sorted
  • filtered
  • grouped
  • show/hide fields
  • reorder fields
