I want to create a membership based Discord server that connects to Infusionsoft/Keap. This will be two way data flow.

Member signs up at website → infusionsoft then “ZAP” → Discord ( user creation/role applied).

Discord user upgrades membership so Discord → “ZAP” → Infusionsoft record?

Please point me in the right direction to one or both of these so I can start figuring it out since I know it will have to be multiple zaps.

 

If you have developed this before feel free to hit me up with a quote since most times its better and easier for someone to replicate what is out there.

This sounds like it should be somewhat possible, as long as the user exists in Discord already. You could try a Zap like this:

 

Trigger: New Contact in Infusionsoft Keap

Action: Find User in Discord

Action: Add Role to User in Discord

Adding a new user in Discord is not an available action, but I’ve added your vote to this this feature request. If it is added in the future, we’ll let you know by email 👍
