Add subscribers to specific groups in MailerLite based on option chosen in form when parsed through Mailparser

Hey,

 

My form parses through Mailparser and then adds new subsrcriber to MailerLite, but I want subscribers to be added to groups based on an option they chose in the dropdown on the form. 

 

So if they chose Headshots in the form they go to the Headshot group in MailerLite. If they choose Group they go to the Group group in MailerLite, etc. 

 

Anyone know how I would set the zaps up in Zapier to do this?
