it could be possible that the dropdown does not support pagination and is only returning the first page of the response no matter how many times you try to load more. You should still be able to use the custom tab and manually type in the id

That is another concern. We are pairing this with ActiveCampaign and with that platform, you can’t really see the ID of each user. Hence the difficulty in assigning the task for a specific person.

We have tried inserting the email too but it becomes an error then.

Is there anything else we can do? @GetUWired 

Have tried finding the owner and using the custom to assign that task to the owner.
The result is having a blank assigner person to the task.

I am assuming you added a step to search for the deal owner? and then you’re passing the deal owner’s id into the create task action?
