Action Event: Create more than one Row in Microsoft Excel and MySQL

Hello,

Hope you are doing well

We are trying to import a CSV file from email and send it to Microsoft Excel or MySQL, but the only way to do that in Zapier is creating just one Row, which contains the whole information. We can do what i´m talking about in Google Sheets (Action Event: "Create Spreadsheet Row(s)"). There is some way to add this Action Event for Microsoft Excel or MySQL. Below is an example, in Microsoft Excel and in Google Sheets:

We have tried this mechanism, but it still doesn't work. Do you @Troy Tessalone  have another suggestion to make this zapier work?
