We tried to change the owner email address on the account and instead it added the new one as a 'team'.. There is a bit of confusion on the account as its also asking to make a payment before the free trial..
We have owned the account for almost a year now, it is a paid account.. All we wanted to do was change the email address to Varuna Mehta- admin@lightdigital.ae (remove Mukesh)and transfer all ownership here WITHOUT changing anything on the account. So all zaps and settings to remain the same. Is there a way we can sort this asap please? Kindly suggest, thanks
