Greetings. We don't use zapier anymore because we don't need it anymore, but I forgot to deduct the plan and $1068 was withdrawn from the account yesterday. about this: I also met the conditions in the refund policy to be refunded, I deducted the plan, I also wrote to support, but I also wanted to write here for a quick return.

my employers told me that they will charge me this fee if it is not refunded. Can you help me with this please?
