Hello.

We are currently using Zapier's "Professional Plan".

Currently, Zapier is used in the minimum range.

We are planning to use it company-wide, and we are considering raising the plan to "Team" or "Company".

So I have a question about the account plan.

  1. The big difference between "Team" and "Company"
    We don't know the difference between "Team" and "Company".
    We searched for information on the internet but couldn't find it.
  2. Do you have document for "Team" and "Company"?
    We want to see the difference between plans.
  3. Is there a way for us to contact Zapier's technical sales?
    We would like to ask questions in Japanese or English if possible.

 

Supplementary information on usage

  • Currently we have a Professional plan within our department
  • We want to use Zapier company-wide
  • Our scale is over 1000 people
