2 notification in slackbot

A non relevant notification appear on my slackbot via a zap that prompt slackbot if there is new response on google form after matching and update relevant info from another google sheet. 

 

Any reasons and how to get rid of the non relevant notifications from slackbot? Thanks.

Hi @AndrewJDavison_Luhhu, zapier replied my email that I just need to off my zap, delete a row on my google response sheet as it was the test row, on the zap again, non relevant notification was gone. Thanks.
