unzipping files- Trello and Google Drive

Hi, I receive files by email (Outlook and Gmail). I would like the files to be sent to Trello and Gdrive.

But all of the files are zipped. Is there a way in Zapier or some way around to unzip the file and transfer the “unzipped files” to Trello and Gdrive?

The time lost unzipping the file is similar to just coping and pasting the iage myself.

Thank you very much

I don’t think there’s a way to do this natively, but you could try using a public API for this kind of thing. Not done a whole lot of looking, but you could try something like this:

https://www.convertapi.com/zip-to-extract

And then ideally it would give you the files in a response.

You can use a webhook or a code step to call an external API,

Hi there!

In addition to @andywingrave’s answer, for Gmail you can use the New Attachment trigger, which will trigger a Zap for each attachment on an email, as opposed to pulling them all together in a Zip file.
