Dear Zapiers,I'm working with Zapier, and the Zap right works fine, but I need a Delay build in, or a some kind of scheduling in front. so, what may Zap is doing in Pipedrive: It's looking for new Deals in a specific Pipdrive-Filter, and if a deal appears in that Filter, the Zap is moving this Deal to a different Stage in Pipedrive. But I want this moving only to take place on Monday-Friday 9.30.-12.30So I think a "delay by Zapier" would be the choice here, but I'm not able to input my requirement... Could someone help me with that?thanks a lot!

We are looking to distribute New Deals to our team through a weighted Round Robin. We have New Deals coming in through PipeDrive when a contract is signed. From there we've sent them to a New Client Pipeline. We would like to distribute these new Deals to our team members individual pipelines through a weighted "round robin". There are currently 12 team members. With these 12 team members we would like the leads to be distributed in a way that certain people get more leads than others. For example: Team member 1 & 2 get 17% of the leads that come through Team 3 & 4 get 10%, etc.We are looking to use a solution similar to https://community.zapier.com/discussion/133/easy-edit-round-robins-using-a-google-sheet#latest using the spreadsheet to manage the positions of the team. It seems that we may be able to do this by adding Team members multiple times, so they show up in the round robin more frequently than say, Team member 12 that only gets 3% of the leads.My ultim
I have a WPform that has an address field, including one for US States. I'm sending the information on to Salesforce, The form has abbreviations for the states names, salesforce likes them spelled out. Is there a way in zapier to convert the the abbreviations to spelled out state names?
I seperated an HTML email by line items. I have lines 3 and 4 which have the customers First and Last nameso like0. Title1.other text2. Other text3. FIRST NAME4.LAST NAMEI want to use those lines 3 and 4Specifically, I want to input those to the step where Insightly CRM searches for that customer in the database OR creates them. When I click the option to enter a field, it only shows me the entire section of all the lines. I don't get an option to choose Line 3 or Line 4 individually.Is that possible? Hi y'all. I often have this question come up and I'm never quite sure why/when a client/zap should switch from parser by Zapier to Mailparser.io. I know the answer generally is when the templates of the emails are more complicated. But what specifically does that mean?Aka what are the "if this" statements that help you determine when you need to plan on using mailparser.io versus the native parser by Zapier?
It looks really silly, but I don't know how to do the following:I used a webhook to "catch" some parameters on a URL, I changed the parameters names on that URL, and added them to another URL. Now I'd like to go to the new URL with the revised parameters.How do I do that?Background:The goal is to get the registration info from a form and transfer them to a questionnaire. Hi,I've created a Zap that when a job is created it then make a label in my email account. But I am having a problem with getting the jobs that relate to the same client to be grouped under the same parent label. eg. All same to be created:Clients/"Client Name"/ JobNo - Job TitleI have manually told the Zap the create all the labels in Clients but the client name will differ. What I am ending up with is the client name is recreated each time I create a new job and not nested under the single client name. I'm guessing I need some type of lookup or cross reference to my inbox to see if the client label needs to be created or already exists, how would I do this?
Hey everyone,I am struggling with building an automation that will save me a lot of time and make my life easier and it would be great if you could help me out.Here's what I have to work with:We have a shared calendly for our team, where people can schedule meetings with us and they get randomly assigned to a member of the team, round robin style. Because the calendly is shared and not created by me, I can't connect it to any other apps. It is connected to my Google Calendar though, but the format & content of the Calendar event created cannot be edited. It looks like the screenshot attached.Also, when they schedule the event in Calendly, they get an email with a Typeform survey to fill in, with 3 questions: name, email, and a requires Yes/No question. This info goes into a Google Sheet - a new row is created for each Typeform entry, so for my example in the screenshot, the Google Sheet would have Alex test in column A, firstname.lastname@example.org in column B and (let's say)
Hi all, pretty new to Zapier so would appreciate any help I can get! The Zap I'm trying to create is "Add to Buffer Schedule" when "New Record is made in AirTable". In my AirTable, I have an "Image Attachment" field, which will translate to the photo URL in my Buffer scheduled post. AirTable allows me to upload multiple images to the attachment field, however, when a record has more than one image, the Zap will fail. The Zap will only be successful when there is only one image in the Attachment field. I tried a workaround by adding multiple attachment fields in AirTable, (i.e Image #1, Image #2...) but if I added both those fields to the Zap, it fails too.This isn't ideal, as I know for a fact that Buffer does allow up to 4 images per post. Any insight would be appreciated!
I am trying to create a completed task in Salesforce when I send an email. I send the email from our on premise exchange server and use Saleshandy to track them.I set up the Zap to catch a webhook when Saleshandy logs a sent email and check it against a list of my accounts in Google Sheets (to make sure that only my accounts are being updated) and then log a completed email task in Salesforce.When I run the test, I get the completed task in Salesforce. When I have the Zap turned on and I send an email, nothing happens.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!Jenn
I am trying to get zapier to create a new contact in zoho when I create one in quotient. I don't see it as a trigger. I see this Create Contact(Deprecated) Creates a new contact under all triggers, but am not sure if this means Zapier can no longer do this? Any feed back would be appreciated..
I have a zap that works based off a Google Form that populates a google sheet. The form is taking submissions for events, that the submitter selects a date or date range for. That could be a 1 day, or multi-day event.My Zap reads the spreadsheet on the addition of a new row, and based on that it creates a google calendar event.The problem I cannot seem to solve. The incoming dates are formatted like: start: 2019-12-05end: 2019-12-07When the event is created in google cal, a multi-day event like the above only shows for the 05-06 date - exclusive of the 07 date.In the case of a single day event, it does not trigger as "all day" in google cal - just a time range...There is some documentation about how to overcome it - but it seems to rely on the source being modified to set the end date +1 days ahead. I can't really affect that incoming date - so is there a way on the Zap side that I can ensure that the date range submitted is:inclusive of the dates submittedall day events
I'm very new to Zapier. I am trying to set up a Zap that will move any email I put in a specific folder in Gmail TO Evernote. I'm getting an error that says "Format of Request data incorrect". I have no idea how to troubleshoot this. Ideas?
Hey there!I'm working with a team member on a particular zap. I've shared the zap with him and he is able to view each step of the zap and turn the zap on and off as he pleases. But it doesn't seem he is able to make any changes. I just want to make sure there's not something I might be missing. As the Zap owner is there anything I might be able to do to let him a team member make changes to the zap?
I’ve had an issue with many clients in the past where users making very minor changes to zaps and forget to turn them back on (sometimes they didn’t even make a change but clicked into a field to check something). Is there a way to protect this from happening?Other systems I’ve used in the past have a concept of “versions” and you make a new “version” leaving the old one activated until you’re ready to turn on the new version. With web hook zaps this can be really frustrating as I then need to go to the web team to get the data that was missed while it was off.
Hello ,when I'm fetching data from SQL Server view to Zoho CRM , some options in Zap are missing and not showing , also Zap shows below message : "The Zap Editor does not currently support these fields".Do you have any idea about this ?thanks
Hey!Working with Hubspot in Zapier I notice that there are two associated "Apps" for Hubspot, one called "Hubspot" and one called "Hubpot CRM". I find that they each offer slightly different functionality. Does anyone know what the official difference is between these two apps?Best,Jake
I have a Google Spreadsheet that I update daily with sales data from a variety of marketplaces (ie, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc). I'm trying to figure out a way that once a day, Zapier will pull the previous days sales and place them in their respective columns.I've watched a read a few of the provided tutorials but the best I've been able to do is a triggered event for individual sales on any given marketplace. I'd need them added up and separated by day.
