I have a csv file which is saved to my hard drive on a regular basis. The folder where it is saved is linked to my google drive. When a new file is added to this folder, ZAP triggers for the file. My next zap takes that file and replaces an existing GoogleSheet.My problem is that when it replaces the google sheet, some data is irreversibly changed into dates. For example 3-0011 is changed to display 3-2011 and is recorded in the field as 3/1/2011.I have tried both true/false for the option to turn it into a google document and neither changes the outcome.The file has 30K+ lines so making formatting changes per line would probably be cost prohibitive.Any ideas on how this can be achieved utilizing only zap, google sheets, and google drive would be appreciated.
Hey there! I’m wondering if anybody hosts Zaps for their clients for a small monthly fee. I work with very small businesses on limited budgets and many of my clients could really use one or two multi-step Zaps to make their automated systems work really well. But I feel bad saying, “You’re going to need a $20/month account to make this one thing happen.” I’m thinking I’d offer Zap hosting through my own Professional account for...maybe $5/Zap/month. Has anybody tried this? Are there any unexpected issues you’ve encountered?
I am trying to set up a zap between Stripe and Thinkific. I’ve added Stripe and the API key is live and works. But when I click test trigger, I don’t get any data. I’ve done a new order to test, but it is still not showing. When I go back to the previous step Set up trigger, Zapier retrieves data from my Stripe account. I can see the email addresses from my clients. So it should work. Any ideas why it’s not working?Thanks!

Hi AllWe have a zap set up where the trigger is webhook, when ever someone fills the form webhook triggers and sends data to pipedrive where the person is created first and then we find that person and create a deal for that personNow we are trying to set up a deduplication process with email id as unique identifier I have used Find or create the person logic by clicking the “Create Pipedrive Person if it doesn’t exist yet?” checkbox but still I see the duplicate records being created inside pipedrive with the same email id Is there any other way i can create a zap which helps us to achieve deduplication inside pipedrive

Hi,The function I need from Zapier is the following: when I send out a specific email to a client (the email contain some content keywords, such as “report”, “analysis”), Zapier need to trigger an action, this action will help to send out a predefined survey email to this client, 3 days after the first email.The mailing app used is the MS Outlook. The email is quite a general template of notification with a slight customization in content.I know that “Delay by Zapier” has this function, but it cannot be triggered by “send an email”, only “receive an email”. Thanks for your help!
I set up webhook for Linktree and tried to connect with action to add new contacts to GetResponse.After performing quick test I get the error message” Cannot add contact that is blocked. Resource state forbids that kind of action Troubleshooting does not help because it suggests things like disable double opt-in (which in my case is disabled) or create a filter for occassion when a contact already exists but in this case the contact doesn’t exist - it’s a email@example.comAny ideas what I could do?
I am trying to setup a Zap so that anytime an @mention is used for a certain team in a Salesforce Chatter post it will trigger and action to post the message that includes the @mention to a Slack Channel.Example:Someone creates a post in Salesforce Chatter and includes “@helpdesk” in the body of the message. The Zap is triggered and posts the message from Chatter to members of the Help Desk’s channel in Slack. Please help!

Hi All,We have created a zap which sends data from our CRM(Pipedrive) to Google sheets, the data is transfered with Deal matching filter trigger.Currently we are facing the following error “ Trigger partner failure: Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes)” I have checked other zaps which are using the Pipedrive as trigger and all of them are running smoothly, only this zap is returning the above errorPlease let me know what might be the reason for the error and how we can resolve that
The zapier was normally accessing my mysql database but today it stopped working for no reason, I've already tested the remote connection with the workbench software and it's working normally, when I try to connect the database through zapier the message appears in the attachment. My hosting is hostgator and remote access is guaranteed in the control panel

I am using Modern Events Calendar on my website to create online fitness classes. I am hoping to use the Zapier add on to automatically send a calendar invite to those who purchase a ticket at the point of payment. Dear Zapier Community!I’ve been searching for this in our Community but have not found, and I need your help!I receive automatic payment confirmation each time when a customer buys my product. Payment confirmation has a customer’s E-mail that inside the content of confirmation E-mail. Customer’s E-mail is already registered on the list in Active Campaign. I want zap that triggers when purchase confirmation E-mail lands in the box, searches for customer’s E-mail inside purchase confirmation E-mail content and add specific tag to the same E-mail in Active Campaign.This is going to save a lot of my time and improve customer’s experience.
My old Square / Wave Zap worked beautifully, but with the “new improved” Square trigger there is not a field for Processing Fee coming through. Is anyone else having this problem? I’ve reached out to support and they are “adding my vote” but it seems odd that this is a step backward.

Essentially, I’d like to know the nature of how triggers with code steps work. If I turn on a zap with code step as trigger, is the python code going to run once? Is there a time limit on this trigger code step if I made it a polling script? If not, what other uses are there for having code step as a trigger?
Hi All,New to Zapier, fairly experienced IT guy. I created a new zap using Quickbooks Online and Slack. The trigger is a New Invoice Created in Quickbooks Online that posts a Slack message to specific channel. What is weird is that the zap works when tested, but I have another employee with a different user creating new invoices in our Quickbooks Online, but the Zap isnt posting automated Slack messages. Does zapier need to be authenticated for every Quickbooks Online user? Or am I missing something.
I’m getting the below error on just a handful of tasks and can not figure out why. The tasks have not been edited in over 6 months and these errors just started to happen in the last two days. I’ve tried troubleshooting, I’ve tried re-running the task, I’ve tried checking for spaces in the URL, with no luck.
