My squarespace site runs payments through Stripe. I'm trying to pass information from Squarespace to my email provider when someone subscribes via Zapier. However, it appears that Stripe, while processing the payment, is not passing along information about the product that was purchased in Squarespace.Any ideas on a fix for this? In zapier I am seeing the customer's id, address, name, email, etc, but not the product they subscribed to, which I need in order to trigger specific emails.
I have created an order form in Clickfunnels, and I want to create a zap that will do the following:When a successful purchase is made, the “zap” will send the purchase information, including contact / shipping info and what they have purchased to a Google Sheet, so I can keep track of the orders in one place.
Question: How do you set-up a Google Calendar to Google Calendar zap that fully updates new events including time/day updates and either adjusting the current event or at least deleting the old one? Use Case: I have two work emails, thus two Google Calendars. When I have a new event created in one, I’d like it to copy that event to the other calendar as well. In addition to creating a new event on the other calendar, I’d like for it to also to update when an update is made such as a time change. When using the steps seen here, it’s seems to work except when I tested updated an event time, it just creates a new event in the other calendar and leaves the other old event as-is so I have two events on the new calendar: one that is the updated correct one and the other old, not correct one. I thought the zap would just move that event like if you were dragging or manually adjusting the time in Google Calendar yourself.
Hello, I have a problem of integration between Jotform and Zapier.I connect my Jotform account to Zapier, I pull data with trigger, I create my zaap properly then I test it and everything is working, my data loads on google sheet. However, when I do a submission on my Jotform’s form, I don’t see any data in my Google sheet. Zapier seems not noticing that a form has been submit in Jotform.I saw that other people had this problem but I don’t find the solution, do you have any ideas ? Thanks a lot,Sacha
Use CaseI would to create automatically a folder in a SharePoint folder that is shared with my account. From the OneDrive website I can see the shared folder in “My files” and can manually create folders inside. ProblemWhen I try “Create Folder” action, I don’t see the shared folder in the parent “Folder” field. I can see only my personal folders. I tried also to manually enter the path of the shared folder, but again without success. When I try “Find Folder” action and enter the shared folder name, it cannot be found. Is there a way to work with the SharePoint folders? Maybe login with another account? Thank you in advance!
I am trying to use my Flask server to receive webhooks from a Zap, but getting an error when I test: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages/flask/app.py", line 2073, in wsgi_app response = self.full_dispatch_request() File "/usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages/flask/app.py", line 1518, in full_dispatch_request rv = self.handle_user_exception(e) File "/usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages/flask/app.py", line 1516, in full_dispatch_request rv = self.dispatch_request() File "/usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages/flask/app.py", line 1502, in dispatch_request return self.ensure_sync(self.view_functions[rule.endpoint])(**req.view_args)TypeError: receive_webhook() missing 1 required positional argument: 'request' Here is my handler for the webhook:@app.route("/webhook", methods=['POST'])def receive_webhook(request): print(request.json) return request.json It seems like Zapier is calling my handler with no argument.
We are trying subscribe someone to our email&sms list inside Klaviyo when they sign up for a subscription inside stripe. To give consent for this Klaviyo suggested this https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407486310683-How-to-Send-Consent-to-Klaviyo-via-Zapier#troubleshooting-tips5 . I have this set up but I'm unsure on what the zap should be to get this info from stripe to then send the code to Klaviyo. Here's also a loom with further explanation https://www.loom.com/share/1048ca196dbd43d3af0d64dad087b968

Trying to sync up a postgres record to airtable on create/update. The field has a couple of ids that I would like to check for in airtable to determine whether I should create a new record or update an existing one. The first id (optional_id) I need to search on can possibly be null. This causes the search to fail before it can get to the other id(required_id) that should always be populated. Is there any way I can skip the initial search for optional_id if it turns out to be null in postgres? My current outline is as follows:
Hello everybody, as far as I can see, there is currently no option to customize webhook responses. I want to connect the adyen notifications with an app, but adyen requires an [accepted] string. Is there any plan to implement this in the near future? If not, is there any workaround solving this problem? I saw, that this was also a closed request one year ago and quite a few others requested the same feature. Any updates? Thanks!
I have a Zap with a Trigger that uses Webhooks by Zapier’s Catch Hook that another app (GoTranscript) sends POST requests to. When GoTranscript sends the POST request, it requires the Zap to output ok before it will pass the data I need from the POST request. How do I configure Zapier to output ok?Here is the entirety of the documentation on this from GoTranscript. Thanks in advance for your help.
This question has been asked before, e.g. here:The proposed solutions are cumbersome, though.I wondered if it would be possible to let the zap add a `:check:` reaction as a latch, and then check for the existence of that reaction. However I couldn't see how to check for the existence of a reaction. Does anyone know of a way?
An unpaid Invoice from Freshbooks zapped to Xero is showing as Draft in Xero, but I need it to show Awaiting Payment. Any ideas? I only have 3 options when setting up the Zap. I have draft, request approval or Approved. I obviously have it set to “Approve” because it doesn’t give me the option to select ‘Awaiting Payment’.
The above post says: This post has been closed for comments. Please create a new post if you need help or have a question about this topic. So I’m making a new post to ask Zoom support: To add my vote to this feature request, and; For an ETA on this feature since it has been 3 months since it was last updatedThe issue, as far as I understand, is the permissions that the Zoom app asks for and then I suppose some development work for Zapier to parse the extra information:Does anyone know of a workaround for now while we wait for Zapier to update their Zoom integration? Can the same be achieved with webhooks or custom code somehow? Or is there another third party service that already has this integration we can use?
When using the the trigger Order in WooCommerce there is no data field containing the product category. This is severely limiting for segmentation as SKUs and product IDs don't always flawlessly indicate the category. For numerous email marketing clients I've wanted to segment them based on the product categories in WooCommerce, Zapier provides every bit of information except this. Why?Edit: I've been testing with webhooks, Legacy API, etc as well but so far no luck. The product category is nowhere to be found.
Hey, Is there any plan to integrate Start Date to the Asana create/update tasks tools? The best I’ve found is to create a separate webhook and do it manually, which sounds like a huge hassle not in line with the core of Zapier.I have seen another similar question, with a non-answer and is now locked. Hoping to raise some attention to this topic to see if it can be added, or if we should expect integrations with tools such as Asana to be outdated and perhaps avoid building those in Zapier?
I am trying to convert a single line text Hubspot property ‘ Date of Birth’ to a date property named DOB. I am in Australia so DD/MM/YYYY is what I am trying to achieve. The date formatter does a great job when the day is greater than 12, then the property is filled correctly, if the the day is 12 or less than it will swap them around.Example :13/04/2020 (13th April 2020) will be 13/04/2022 on Hubspot (Correct format) 12/04/2020 (12th April 2020) will be 04/12/2022 on Hubspot (Incorrect format)See images attached; The Hubspot date picker is set to DD/MM/YYYY and the region is set to my local time zone, however when the submission is made, the DD/MM switches when the day is 12 or less.Does the formatting function allow for single line text to date conversation or am I missing something? Please help!
