When using Jotform and Quickbooks Online (QBO) , how do I create an estimate using the info from the jotform?
Hello, and thank you in advance for any help. My issue is similar to this one that was answered earlier, but I would like to create a zap that takes the order information from Jotform and create an estimate in QBO rather than an invoice. I’ve already made a zap to create the customer in QBO, but since I’m new to Zapier and still learning how to use it I’m stumped on this particular issue. In the other community question I referenced, they were redirected to Zapier staff member, I figured I should try and ask here before I go up the chain but I’m happy to get the help wherever I can.
I am trying to send the image fields we have on a Zoho Creator form to Google Drive once a new record is created. I successfully get it to zap, but the zaps are coming in as .text files and not images. Do I need to select a file type for this? I’m stuck at this point. I uploaded 2 screenshots of how the images are uploading to Drive. Can anyone give me assistance with this, it will be much appreciated. Thank you!
We are splitting out one of our product lines to be it’s own company and for financial reasons we would need to create a new Zapier account for that new company. Is it possible to transfer existing zaps in one zapier account to the new account so we don’t have to create everything from scratch? Even if that means we just duplicate our existing account and manually turn on and off the zaps that relate to each company. Thanks! Pat
Hi community, Hope someone can point me in the right direction. I am using the following zaps to send new and updated contacts from Mailchimp to Hubspot: Create or update HubSpot contacts when MailChimp subscribers are updated New subscriber in segment or tag in Mailchimp However the Mailchimp groups do not appear in the customise contact picker and therefore cannot be passed to Hubspot CRM. A contact will have multiple interest groups (tickbox questions eg level of seniority, industry sector) Currently I am able to get name, contact info and various tags over into Hubspot - which is great - but have resorted to importing the group info in weekly batches Is there a way to send groups over please? Hey my Zap Happy Community! I’ve got a Zap for my hiring process that when a candidate submits their resume it gets added to an Asana project as a task. The task ID gets added to a GSheet with some other info to be used later. As they progress through our hiring process, I use a find row action for GSheet with their email address to find the Asana task ID. For whatever reason, Zapier can’t recognize the task ID when I try to find it in Asana. I set up an additional step to remind myself to go put an apostrophe in front of the task ID in GSheet so it shows the whole number on the GSheet (instead of for example 1.1781E+15). That didn’t work. I’m wondering if anyone knows how to make Zapier recognize the Asana ID to be used in the find task by ID action step? Appreciate your help. Cheers!
Zapier Invoice is not showing Place of Supply and Location field for create invoice or update Invoice
In Quickbooks online, while creating invoice, we have “Place of Supply” and “Location”. In Create invoice Zap, I dont see option to fill “place of Supply”. Secondly, for Location, in India we can add various locations, but in Invoice, Location does not display that list. Can anyone provide any suggestions.
Hello, I use convertkit and I figured out how to add new users who sign-up. How would I remove users who unsubscribe. I know how to remove users from LearnDash courses, but I’d like to remove them from wordpress completely. Is there another app Zapier can remove users from based on unsubscribes from ConvertKit or removes from LearnDash? Thanks for your time.
At the moment, I have an automated email that goes out to all event registrants one hour after the event is over, to not only thank them for attending the event, but also to ask them to give us feedback about the event and to review us on Google. That said, a lot of my automated emails are going to the right people, but also going to a few wrong people, as some of the would-be attendees cancelled ahead of time, which then prompted me to Delete/Cancel the attendee. In other words, some of those automated emails are going to people that registered, but never attended the event. Is the only workaround for this to change the trigger to check-in instead of registered? I’d prefer not to do that as check-ins can be cumbersome. In short, is there a way that Zapier could potentially read “attendees that are still currently registered at the end of the event”, for example, and then trigger the email?
Hi there! I’m in the middle of trying to figure out how I can get 2-3 different zaps to modify 1 (ONE) Google Doc. For example, there might be a few fields that one series of zaps can help automatically fill, while another series of zaps might help me fill a few other fields. I tried to “Append Text to Document”, at which point, I confront a field entitled, “Text To Append”, and I just don’t know what to do. As such, I wanted to ask the community whether what I want to do is feasible, and if so, how would I try to tackle the “Append Text to Document” field?
I have connected Monday.com using API V2 and my personal key. Using a board I have created and a sheet I have created, I wish to update the status in a sheet when the status is changed in Monday.com. When building the Zap I can connect to my Monday.com account and select the trigger type (column updates). I am able to select the board, and then I press Test in order to continue. The test returns an OLD column change, but does not show any recent transactions. I am unable to proceed. In addition, I noticed that the one element of sample data does NOT include the Item ID from the board? thanks ~ Tom
I have people registering in Go To Webinar and they are supposed to go over to Active Campaign, but they do not show up in Active Campaign. Only when I do a test in Zapier does a contact move from Go To Webinar to Active Campaign, but otherwise these contacts do not move over to Active Campaign. Has anyone know how I can fix this situation?
Hello Friends I have the following problem after using zap for the past four weeks now (Upload video in YouTube when new file in folder in Google Drive Zap not trigger tasks) All my zap steps are accurate with green marks, but still, after uploading movies on google drive no task is triggering to the youtube channels link to zap Below is the screenshot to tells the arrangement of my configuration: I even went as far to disconnect my previous google drive account and change to another google dirve paid account to setup a new zap, the zap test is successful but if i upload a new movie to the specified google account / new file in a folder it will still not trigger the task I equally checked my task history bar to see if there’s any record made on the task log but no record of what so ever Thanks in advance, for any help you can give me.
Zap is not updating invoice number that I am giving in quickbooks. Its creating invoices with auto generated numbers in quickbooks. I want to give order number as quickbooks invoice number. I want to update invoice number filed in create invoice section with order number, any suggesiot, why this is happening?
Hi, I have created a zap successfully to sent labelled e-mails with attachments from my gmail account to another person. But, when I create a new same zap there is the following problem! When selecting BODY TYPE → Custom → Show All Options (in gmail) → 1. All Attachments (gives the following selection, please see below) I do not recognise anything to select from? Example: 1. From Email email@example.com is not me! In the (same) zap that works, there is the following to select: Does some one know this problem? Thanks for a solution. Regards, William
Hi, I know that I can update the ActiveCampaign contact to add a tag, when a tag is added in Kajabi. But it looks like I will have to create 30 different zaps, as I have 30x Kajabi tags, and need Zapier to update the contact in ActiveCampaign with the Kajabi tag. Is there as easier way to add tags in ActiveCampaign, or do they need to be added individually? Thanks in advance
Hallo Team, ich versuche eine Lösung zu finden. Und zwar möchte ich Shopify mit dem Buchhaltungsprogramm Mendato verbinden. Sobald eine Bestellung reinkommt soll in Mendato eine Rechnung erstellt werden. Leider kann ich nur aus Shopify Bruttopreise entnehmen und in Mendato nur Nettopreise einfügen. Meinde Idee ist gewesen Im zap schon vom Bruttopreis zu Nettopreis zu rechnen. Dies wollte ich mit dem Formatter machen und eine Mulitplikation hinzufügen. Leider gibt es ein Problem sobald ich mit einer Kommazahl mutliplizieren möchte erhalte ich eine Null. Wisst ihr woran dies liegen könnte? Oder habt ihr insgesamt eine smartere Lösung?
Hi there, I’m doing a FB Lead Form to Zoho Campaigns zap. Every time a new lead is added, it should add them to a list in Zoho. All the permissions are set (see pics below). I’m getting a connection when do tests through Zapier. Leads Access Mange pageManage ad accountZapier Integration Access But the leads are not being added to Zoho - it’s not firing. This is from the Lead Ads testing tool: However, in the Leads Setup page, it says Zapier is connected: This is urgent - can you please help me figure out the problem? Thanks.
