Is it possible to have constant contact registration (paid registration) automatically zapped to Zoom registration for an individual webinar. I do my paid webinar registration in constant contact and then have to manually upload each registrant into zoom to be added as a participant for the particular webinar. I also have to close registration early as I am not able to add more registrants into zoom at the last minute. Is there a way to automate this process?
Hey,we’re successfully running a zap which posts texts from a Google Sheet into Slack as a bot.The translate action works fine, detects source language, often times German, into English.But it also translates English into English. Any way to fix this?Thanks
Hello,We use Zapier to automatically publish posts to Facebook groups.Facebook allows 25 posts per day, after which the account is blocked for 24 hours due to spam.Is there a way to limit the number of posts in Zapier or to spread the posts over the day?RegardsAndreas
I have a Zap set up to trigger on an email to a Zapier email address (email@example.com) and then create a new record in Airtable, including taking a forwarded attachment and adding it to an Airtable attachment field. Everything works as intended except that the file name and type are getting lost in the process. So in Airtable the file appears as file name “Unnamed attachment” of an unknown file type (the file is there and is displayed by the Airtable viewer). I have another Zap for Airtable to send that attachment on to Dropbox, but Windows can’t open the file because it is relying on the (missing) file extension. If I change the file name to include .PDF (either in Airtable or later in Windows) it opens fine. The Zapier Mail details show a “raw file pointer” of filename.PDF, but I do not see any way to have that filename incorporated or retained when creating the file in Airtable. It just displays in the Zap step as “Attachment: Exists but not shown.” Is there

Therefore i hope to find help here.We are using Pipedrive as our CRM and want to automate the following process:When there is a g meet (new activity) set up for e.g. a client meeting in pipedrive we want to automatically send a reminder email to the client exactly one day before the g meet (activity) takes place and again one hour before it takes place.Is this automation possible with zapier? How do I use different dropdown options with Cognito Forms to Mailchimp? I have a Cognito Form set up as a course waitlist. On this form, I have checkboxes with several courses people can choose from, depending on which waitlist they want to join. How can I set up Zapier to then Zap their response to add them to the corresponding Mailchimp waitlist audience?
I’m currently bringing in Contacts and Leads from external sources (For now using Google Sheets for testing) and pushing them into Dynamics CRM. First I create the Contact and then create the associated Lead for that Contact.When creating the Lead record in one of my Action steps, there is a dropdown field that must be filled “Parent Contact for Lead” which is the foreign key on the Lead record linking it to its associated Contact Record. This field uses Parent Contacts Name in the dropdown to search and link the Parent Contact in the system however also in little greyed out letters has the systems Contact ID (an assortment of characters and numbers) which is used internally to map out the Contact with the Lead. The problem I’m facing is when I use the custom option to dynamically fill this field with its associated Contact Name or even the Contact ID, I’m receiving the error: “Status Code 400 Bad Request” along with the message: “The app returned "Resource not found for the segment 'a
I’ve got a zap set up where adding a label to an email in Gmail is the trigger, and creating a task in ClickUp is the action. So, I receive an email that I want to add to ClickUp as a task, I add a custom label I’ve created, and Zapier sends the email content and turns it into a ClickUp task. It works great other than the fact that the trigger occurs with replies to the email. I only want the task created when I first add the label, but what’s happening is that the Zap is continuing to trigger with every email reply to that particular email, and continues creating new tasks in ClickUp. I just want the task to be created when I first add the label, and then no more for the email replies. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Is it possible to pull statistics from a marketing email into Google Sheets? We are building a scheduling app. A user is able to schedule an event and we send out an email notification 30 mins before the event start time. When a new event is created, we create a Zap with delay until set to 30mins before event start. This works great.However, when a user deletes or modifies the event 30 mins before the event start, we need to delete the delayed task so that the email is no longer sent. How is this possible ?Also, is there a better approach to handle this use case ?

So I’ve just discovered Storage (thanks Troy) and I’m wondering if it is a good fit for another project that I’m working on.After reading the docs, I wasn’t clear on a couple of things but first I’ll present my use case.I’m trying to manage a list of ID numbers (10 digits each) At any given point there can be about 2,000 different IDs My zap is just going to check if an ID exists before moving onQuestions:Key limit is 500 keys. I’ll only have key (ID), though, right? Inactive keys deleted after 3 months. Does this mean if a key is not acted upon (value added, deleted, searched, etc.) that they entire list goes away or just specific values in the list? I assume the first but I read something somewhere that suggested the later. Storage values up to 25kb. Does this mean each value can be up to 25kb or the key has a 25kb limit across all values? Want to make sure I don’t run into any limits.I was also thinking that, instead of an action to add/remove IDs one at a time, that I would instead
I am a novice at all things Zapier, but getting better. I have created a Zap that has two separate messages with “Emails by Zapier” - first is a notification to the client and the 2nd is a reminder to the client. I wanted to know if there is a way to personalize how the email looks to the client by adding our company logo at the bare minimum. Any thoughts? The currently connected apps are Outlook, Teachworks, and Excel. Thanks!
My website is made that one Gravityform(A), wich serves for personal information is embeded inside another Gravityform(B) wich serves as a transaction form and concludes a registration. I need the personnal informations (A) to be send (to Airtable) only when a registration is concluded (B).There is no field in Gravityform A that gives the information about the transaction, making it impossible to use as a trigger. Gravity form B on the other hand doesn’t have the informations I want to transfer. I have heard of webhooks, yet this solution seems to only be found in a premium plan. As a NGO project manager, money is a struggle and I am looking for a free option is can be.Thank you very much !
Hello dear community,the generated Facebook leads are not displayed correctly in AC.Numerically on the automation overview it might fit.But according to email dispatch report it does not.Only 2 out of 13 FB leads are in ActiveCampaign.Sent to multiple, but not all....This is very troubling to me:Active Campaign is linked to Zapier and Facebook.Active Campign Support had advised me to contact Zapier.Does anyone have any advice or tips on what it could be?Thank you very much and hope to see you soon!Suzan
I’ve got a Zap cooking where I need a sequential order number each time the Zap runs. In the past I have done this with a simple Google sheet but I wonder if there is a better way? Is it possible to store a value like 1001 and then, the next time the zap runs, the value would change to 1002, without the use of a Google sheet or similar?
Hi, I’m looking for automation to extract data invoice amounts from pdf attachments in my Outlook email to Google sheet. As soon as a email comes in from a specific sender, in a dedicated folder in outlook, I would like to extract Name of Company and the invoice amount to add it to a spreadsheet. I searched through the Explore section, but couldn’t find it. Hope somebody has an option for this to share - it would make my life easier, as most automation does :) Cheers,Tom
