Moodle Enrolled User - Error when testing the trigger “An Enrolled Student could not be found. Cannot read property 'shortname' of undefined”.
Trying to have Zapier pull the information from Moodle on when a New Student is Enrolled in Course. When testing the trigger, I get,“An Enrolled Student could not be found.Cannot read property 'shortname' of undefined”. I have users enrolled in the course that I am trying to test. The latest enrollment was from yesterday.
I built a working zap that will look up a google sheet row with today’s date and crate a ticket in hubspot, filling in ticket properties from fields in that row.If there is more than one row with today’s date, I just get the first row. How do I make it look for all rows with that date and make a ticket for each?I see the “find many spreadsheet rows” action but it won’t make individual tickets, the data is then treated more like an array, and it’s trying to make one ticket instead of multiple (one for each row).Help? Hi everyone. I have a Slack form with a single select dropdown name “Region”. I have an asana task with a dropdown called “Region” with the same list values. In the Zapier workflow, I cannot insert a variable mapping the Slack “Region” field to the Asana “Region” Field. How can I do this? I can map the Slack dropdown to an Asana text field. But that’s it.
We currently have a Zap using Webhooks with 2 steps, so it uses 2 credits each time it runs. No problem with that, but it would be useful if the daily Zapier email showing activity would include the credit usage data so I can easily monitor that. I’d like to see the following included with the daily emailed report.
I’m new to Zapier trying to set up a zap with the conditions above. I’m having some difficulty setting up the automation, has anyone managed to get something similar working? Ideally when an email associated with a deal came in, it would change the stage and/or create a new activity to reply to the email when it’s received. Using outlook for emails. Thanks!

Alright, so I’m trying to integrate Facebook lead ads with ActiveCampaignMy firm has these fields:First NameWork emailCompany name When a new lead happens in Facebook Lead Ads, I want it added to a specific list in ActiveCampaignProblem“Work email” data field is nowhere to find when I need to map the input for ActiveCampaign (see image)It is not further down the list either. I have tried everything, making test leads, refreshing, checking permissions… Has anybody experienced this? What could a potential solution be?Huge thanks!
Hello all,general goal is to create a record in CRM once an email goes in. I have looked on the internet extensively but unfortunately not found the right thread :(I would like to create tags for emails that contain specific keywordsExample:If email content contains: “bathtub, toilet, toothbrush, shower” → set tag “bathroom”If email content contains: “couch, table, dinner, TV” → set tag “living room”+ fallback value; if keywords are not found: → set tag “house” The emails that come in can be quite different, so would not use a parser.I have thought about lookup table but it doesnt work because it cannot only extract the keywords. Would I have to use a zapier formatter “extract” beforehand?Is there maybe also another way? Cheers, Peter

I can get the RSS Zapier working with other RSS feeds. And I can get my Squarespace news page working with other RSS readers (NetNewsWire and Feedly).But I don’t seem to be able to get my own Squarespace news RSS page to work. I use the “…./news?format=rss” format but get this error message when I test it:This doesn’t give me enough information to troubleshoot the problem. Any ideas?

We created a Zapier mailbox where it can receive alerts to trigger a zap that will create a ClickUp task. We’ve also set-up an Gmail filter where it can automatically forward email filters to the Zapier mailbox.When we check the mail history of the Zapier mailbox, we received the email but the full message was not displayed. Only the subject was displayed but not the full alert message that was formatted using HTML. Thus leaving important information to display in a ClickUp task. When we manually forward the message. The message that was formatted using HTML is displayed.Is there any way we can extract HTML data from an auto forward email using the Email Parser?
Hi,I have a Wordpress Gravity forms that we use to open customer files (for our clinic). In this form, we schedule the meetings for assessments through a nested form. All of that works fine.When submitted, the form creates the meetings in Google Calendar through a first ZAP. We are able to push the submitted data to the Update event ZAP but, the ZAP won’t find the event even though we are so specific. I need what would seem to be a simple Zap but it’s over my head. I need to trigger an API call when an email arrives. I have to take a variable that will appear in the Subject line of the email and then send it to a predefined URL using predefined credentials. If you can assist I’m willing to pay.
We working in the wedding industry. We have several ways of having client data sent to us - either via Typeform or direct connection with a Zap through Honeybook.When a new Typeform entry comes through, it’s dropped into a Google sheet which triggers some other automations. We have four mirrored Typeforms for different groups of clients.Because of these multiple Typeforms, each of the four forms has it’s own sheet in the same workbook since Typeform won’t send a response from a different form to a specific Google Sheet.With the Honeybook integration, each client has their own Google Sheet for the same reason.Because of the way this all works, I’m having a really difficult time aggregating all of the same answers in one place. At present there are 4 Typeform Google Sheets and 35 individual Google Sheets for each client.Does anyone have a suggestion on how to make all of the sheets aggregate in one place so all of the data is together and I don’t have to manually copy and paste from sub-
Hi im having a problem i havr upgraded my plan to be able to use the premium features while iwas in the process of creating a zap for social media. with test runs the zaps are all showing. But it still shows zero tasks complete. ive had to do each one individually. i would like to have my social media platforms fully automated please. Thank you in advance.

Hi, afaik, it is only possible to trigger an action based on new database items in Notion. In automation.io it is apparently possible to use updated database items on Notion as trigger. Wanted to see if the community knows if it is possible anyway in Zapier or if there is any workaround? What I am trying to do: Build a “stale bot” that triggers whenever there is no activity in Notion docs after x Days which then triggers a message in Slack saying that the doc should be given some love With the current “new database item” trigger, every Notion page can only trigger once, although it could trigger several times (if there is always a huge amount of time in between the actions). Here’s what I am trying to do and I am really close (I think): A new booking in Book Like a Boss triggers:an entry on Google Sheetsa document with specific information in Google Docsa new dropbox folder. Then we do the project which is a video recording. That recording is uploaded to the dropbox folder that was created by the booking.That folder needs to be sent via Dropbox Transfer.The LINK for the dropbox transfer needs to be copy and pasted into the EMAIL that is sent to the client so they know their project is ready. Is this possible via Zaps? Which parts have to be done by a human? I appreciate your thoughts on this.
