Zapier -> Google Sheets
I have a zap setup to update a google sheet (Sheet A) when a sale is made, and then within Google (Sheet B) I pull data from Google (Sheet A) but when the zap triggers it adds another row to sheet B for some reason so the data cant be pulled (i.e. row 18 to row 18). Did I set this up wrong?? How would I fix it?
Getting post's author when new post is added to Facebook group
I’m trying to get the message and the user’s name when someone makes a new post on a facebook group. I am able to receive the message no problem but the user’s name is not there. I have given zapier all possible permissions i could find on the facebook group’s settings but still no luck. Anybody know a possible solution?
How to use Zapier for WordPress custom posts
Is there a way to use Zapier to fill fields on custom posts? I’m using ACF and a custom post type. I want to be able to fill out a Gravity Form and take the form fills and place them into the various fields on a custom post type. For example, if a user fills in their email, submit the form, I want to create a new post with the email field full of the information the user provided. Anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance!
Task limit - Typeform Submission to update Mailchimp subscriber
Hi!I am using the integration ‘Update a Mailchimp subscriber when someone completes your typeform’ with a free plan account in Zapier.It doesn’t work that well, in Mailchimp I just see some of the contacts are updated, while in typeform there are many more. The contacts are like “held” in Zapier, I attach the screenshot.Does anyone know the reason? Is each entry a task? Isn’t that weird? Thanks in advance,
Splitting full name info from FB Lead Ads to Kartra first name and last name fields
Hi,I need some advise on passing information from Facebook Ads onto our Kartra system. We are using FB Lead Ads form to capture lead info and on the FB forms the fields include email and full name. Currently Kartra name fields are separate i.e first name, middle name, and last name. Now we want to pass the information from FB to Kartra so that the full_name field does not populate the entire first_name field in our Kartra database. How can I set it up in Zapier or does Zapier has a way to separate the full_name info from Facebook and have it populate as separate fields so they go to Kartra under first name and last name separately?
New Entry in Typeform to Send Lead Event to Facebook Conversions
Hey guys I’d like to send a Lead event from a typeform (event occurs at the end when user clicks on submit) to my Facebook Ads business account. What I did : And then I fill the Event Time + Event ID + Event source URL , set up customer information, TESTED the zap and Zapier tells me it’s okay ! But when going back to Facebook ads account, no event was found… Help

Googles forms with files not downloading
I have a google form which is also uploading files - these files are being stored in google drive - when connecting to zapier - the files are not actually being downloaded but instead am getting “servicelogin” file - assuming zapier did not have access to those files even if there is an associated connection for it.

Hello everyone!at the moment we are doing some tests with Zapier and it seems to be very helpful for us. We have a WooCommerce Store with different kind of products (Webinars, Magazins, Tickets) and we want to make a automation which creates for webinar orders a zoom webinar registration.The Problem is that we have different webinar products and different zoom webinar sessions. With the standard zap I am only able to registrate all orders at one webinar wich I have defined in the Zap as the default zoom webinar.Thanks for any advice or help!Regards, Jan
Jira issue to Trello using Formatter
Dear All,Is there a way to pass content of Jira issue using the same text format to Trello as it is? Because now out of few paragraphs it does create one paragraph. I did try Formatter to convert text from HTML to Markdowm, but as seems this function is faulty. I only started receiving this error message today and I have been setting up Test Zaps for myself for six weeks now without ever getting this error message. I tried following the troubleshooting guide and nothing works. I set up my trigger and it all tests just fine, and then I go to install the Zapier Filter as my next step and that’s when I encounter this message. I have no idea how to proceed.

Hi folksNew Zapier user here, and loving the capability offered so far.However, I’m a little stuck on something, and needed some help brainstorming how to solve it.We have a number of paid courses available via Teachable. I’ve gone ahead and setup individual zaps for each course that adds the user into Mailchimp, and also adds that specific course tag to the user in Mailchimp.So far so good.We also offer 1 free course. Zapier with an Update Contact function
Stack - Infusionsoft + WordpressQ: In the past, Infusionsoft offered an "Erase" button for GDPR. So you could manually click that button on the contact record and it would erase their private data but retain their order data.Infusionsoft got rid of that button earlier this year. The client still receives GDPR requests to erase personal data so I was asked to look into the possibility of doing this with automation.I already checked and we cannot use Campaign Builder to do this. PlusThis didn't seem to have anything either. I believe we could do it via Zapier with an Update Contact function.Ideally, we would be able to use an Internal Form - check a box to erase the data, and then First Name would change to "EI Erased" and Last Name, Address, Phone, and Email would all be deleted. Let me know if this is possible.
Custom Question Data from Zoom trigger to Add tag in ActiveCampaign
I cannot figure out how to capture custom question data from a zoom registration and pass that information as a tag into the user profile.for example:“Have you every participated in our events? yes /no” the no creates a tag which kicks off automation.“What is your preferred language for the meeting? English, French”.. each will create a tag leading to an automation.I am able to capture the meeting information and create a contact with that tag.I need to create additional tags based on custom questions, but I do not see how to capture that data.From there I can create an automation in AC.Hopefully that makes sense.
