Zapier is "unable to load choices" from JotForm

 Hey,

i got some Mails from Zapier “There’s a problem with one of your Zaps”.

I checked my account and the problem was with all my “JotForm-Zaps”.

 

Zapier says it has “trouble loading form data” - What’s the problem here, can anyone help?

I Changed the password of the JotForm account but i logged in in Zapier again with the new log in data. Please help!

 

I already deleted the Zaps und my JotForm Connection and wanted to build it new, but i think there is a general problem with the JotForm connection.

I’m having the same issue, logged into Jotform fine, but it won’t pull through my form data. All connections tested OK, i’ve rebuilt the zap and still won’t find the form or the submission.. any suggestions?

We sometimes see those errors when the connected JotForm account is in EU Safe mode or has HIPAA compliance enabled.

Hey Sam, thanks, I made sure the Hipaa and data centre boxes were left as no when i set this up. I had a good look through the help centre already but couldn’t get to the bottom of this and why its not pulling forms through.. :(

Do you have “Encrypt Form Data” setting disabled in JotForm as well?
