Redmine to Zoho Desk Update Status Integration

Hi, I still working on integration ZohoDesk + Redmine with Zapier..

When I create ticket in ZohoDesk, then Redmine will create task (Succeded)

And when I updated status task in Redmine, it doesnt affect in ZohoDesk ticket..

Any solution for this? I want, When I update status task in Redmine, ZohoDesk status ticket will update too

We currently do have a feature request open for the Redmine Update Task trigger.

I’ve added you as another vote for this addition - we use these feature lists to prioritise updates to the integrations which we maintain. I don’t have an ETA of when or if this will happen, but as you have been added as an interested user, we will definitely email you if we add it in the future :slight_smile:
