why the zap run is held ?

Hi @ktty! A Zap run can be held for one of a few different reasons:

  • High task use - the zap was triggered more than 100 times in very quick succession
  • One of the apps in the Zap has become disconnected
  • You have run out of tasks on your Zapier plan
  • There’s a payment issue on your account

You can see more details about those reasons in this help guide.

 

If you click on the link that says ‘See Zap runs’ on the Zap, it will take you to the Zap run history where you’ll be able to see the Zap runs that are held and you can play the tasks from there.
