At present, Zapier actions for Slack don't include the ability to create a private channel. Are there any plans to change that?
(My Slack account doesn't have privileges necessary to interact via API, so webhooks is out of the question.)

Note: This action was added using a beta feature known as Custom Actions.

You can submit feature requests by opening a ticket with Zapier Support here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
For now, the only way to do this would be via the Slack API by using a Webhooks action step in the Zap: https://api.slack.com/methods/conversations.create
