Creating a Facebook Event on Facebook page from Airtable

Hi Zapier community

 

I’m trying to figure out whether it’s possible to automate the creation of an Event on our company Facebook Page from data in Airtable. I have found many guides on how to automate Facebook posts, however can’t seem to find any information on whether it’s possible to upload/create an event. 

Has anyone tried to do this before / can advise on whether this is possible?

Hey there @Shiv!

I spotted that we’ve got an existing feature request open for the ability to create new Facebook events. So I’ve gone ahead and added your vote for that to be added to the Facebook Pages integration. 

I can’t make any promises as to when that functionality will be added but we’ll be sure to notify you as soon as it is! :)

Hi @Shiv 

These are the available FB Page Zap app actions.
NOTE: Creating a FB Page Event is not currently an option.
