I am trying to position the Chat Bot to the left of the web page. The default embed script available on the Zapier ChatBot puts the ChatBot on the right side. I have also noted that there was a similar question from another user but it has been left answered.

At the moment, the Zapier Chatbot embed script places the widget in the bottom-right corner by default, and there doesn’t appear to be a built-in way to reposition it.

 

It might be worth experimenting with some custom CSS to manually adjust the placement. That could give you a bit more control over the layout depending on your site’s structure.

Thanks Sebastian for the answer. Can we have two options in the custom embed script for the ChatBot to be placed on the right or left? I have tried modifying the CSS but it disturbs the interface of the ChatBot.
