Extracted results do not reflect highlighted fields in Email Parser

Hi - I’m a “newbie” to this app.

Please see the attached dumps, I’m simply trying to capture the “salesbroker” and “salesbrokeremailaddress” fields in Parser (along with some others), but I’m also picking up most of the header block + an extra character or two (i.e. “CC:”) as well.

This looks a bit complex for parser to understand, it works well when there is just email or name in one line. You can provide inaccurate report or edit extra template to make it understand better.

You can also mark the entire text after To: field instead of having two marks and in Zapier use Pattern Match formatter (regex) to separate the name and email.

You may also want to look into a more robust email parsing app, such as Mailparser: https://zapier.com/apps/mailparser/integrations
