Email Parser Not Parsing Data

Is anyone having issue with email parser not parsing data all of sudden this morning?

 

When I click output on new email it shows nothing. I have marked it as incorrect, created new templates but when a new email comes in it is the same issue.

Now it’s parsing the data but it’s not getting zapped. 

 

Any suggestions? It’s not even showing errors.

I reached out but it will take 48 hours. 

 

Is there a way to accelerate the support process?

I am having the same problem. I set up a Zap yesterday with Email parser as the trigger. It was working fine. Today, I have received two emails to the account, it parsed the information correctly but the Zap isn’t initiating. Let me know what you find, I wonder if we are having the same issue.

 

Last night it was working fine and I haven’t touched anything but today nothing is triggering.

Yes, as of 6am pst the issue started for me. 

First, it wasn’t reading the parsed data from the template I created, then I changed the parser engine setting and that got that piece working. I thought that would fix it but still having issues. 

I can literally go into the zap and do a full test, it will pull the data from email parser and complete the zap, but in live mode nothing works, no triggering.

I think the issue is fixed now.

Hi @Dave P and @Sunbadger!

We have an existing bug report for this, and it’s very high priority for our engineers. I don’t see that it’s been resolved yet but once we close the issue you’ll be notified via email.

Looks like I am having the same problem.  Output from the email parser is not populating the zap with data.

It says “no data” even though the parser has data on the email side.

Frustrating, how do I open a ticket?
