I have two zaps one for create client and one for client project. After the created client action I have the data in my create project action. How can I have all the data in one field. Is there some dynamic field or some field or function to retrieve the data from the previous zap in my next zap. I dont want to use client name, email, etc, separately in different field for my project. I need the whole data at once in one click.

It seems that you like to use the data from one Zap into a different Zap, is this correct?
If so, this isn’t possible, as the data is related one Zap only.
However, you may be able to achieve what you’d like by adding the data of the first Zap in a Google Drive spreadsheet. You can do this by using the “Create Spreadsheet Row” in Google Sheets action.
Then, on your second Zap, you’d need to add a “Lookup Spreadsheet Row” action.
