I'm trying to connect my Zoho Inventory acccount to Zapier. When I test the connection it works fine. It even sends a test. However, when I try to turn on the Zap I'm getting an error in Zapier that says "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'webhook_id')"

I’ve tried your suggestion, sadly enough I still got the same error.
I also tried doing the same Zap on a different account, and I was facing the same error.
I talked to Zoho Inventory’s support team and they said that everything was working properly on their end, and that I should talk to Zapier’s support about it.
It seems like it’s a bug on Zapier’s end.
I appreciate the help given, and if you have any other suggestions please let me know!

I’m facing this same exact problem right now. The test runs fine, but when enabling the zap I get an email stating the same error:

Nevermind - although API is available on the feee plan, webhooks are now. I’ll upgrade and try again to see if that works.
