Hello I am from Freshworks and we have Zapier app deployed in Freshchat/Freshsales and Freshdesk Market place.

Our customer has a requirement where they want to connect OpenPhone application with Freshchat such that the call are converted to our conversations in Freshchat. they wish to do this using zapier as we have this app in our instance. We have our open APIs to create a conversation. Could you please let us know if this use case is feasible by making some custom enhancements in the App or any other way to do the same.

Let me explain the use cae more clearly .. The cx has the option to do this in the Zapier custom flow 

 

 

Although the cx requires a custom flow instead of predefined flow to pass our api instead of create a ticket.
Also we would like to know is there any way to make the email a non-mandatory field.
