Xero New Bill Trigger - Intermittent Fault

Hello,

 

We have a Zap set up where if a new bill is approved into Xero, it will trigger a Zap, filter the results depending on account code, then create a spreadsheet row.

 

For the most part this trigger works fine, however some data is not being pulled through despite meeting the trigger & filter requirements.

 

As you can see from the screenshot below, the bill was created 18:49 September 4th. I have attached a screenshot of all bills triggered on that day. None of the Zaps are for the Xero bill in question.
