That’s an interesting question! Most likely, this didn’t come from Zapier. When you logged into a third-party website, you may have authorized it to send messages, which could explain this. This actually seems quite common; for example, you can check the Discord forums and see similar cases. I recommend changing your password and contacting Discord support to verify exactly where those messages came from.
