WhatsApp Business API - Verify Token

Hi all.
I have this problem:
I want to create a workflow on Zapier which the trigger will be a webhook looking for my WhatsApp Business API but it requires a Verify Token on Meta’s webhook configuration

 

 

I’ll be honest, I don’t know anything about programming.
Can someone explain to me how to do this?
