Webhooks, I need to add a custom field in payment link

Webhooks, I need to add a custom field in the stripe payment link, I am not understanding the syntax to use to create the capture field I require

This is where I'm wrong, I don't know what the syntax should be like for the custom field to be created and displayed in the stripe payment link.
What I'm looking for is something like this
