Webhooks by zapier: How to send file with a caption

Hi, I use "Webhooks by zapier" and I want to send a file and also want to have text message with the file. I don't want my message embedded (yes using it for discord), just like this. Can you help and show me how I would do that? is it possible within post request, hope so.
