Hi,

we have a problem with automated emails after get the data in keap. We build a webhook from our Bricksbuilder web form. 

The data all arrive correctly and the contact is in the correct list as requested - but unfortunately no automated email is sent to this contact. "Opt In" is set to True. The only difference I can see is the timestamp in the contact overview of the list in keap - maybe this is the reason?

You may have to make adjustments in Keap.

Hi, thanks for you response. I show you the logic:
The Tag is the list. Unfortunately, we can no longer trace where the US users have registered from... when I select referer, an error is always displayed.

If the data is successfully getting into Keap, then the issue would be with your Keap configuration/settings.

You may need to change your Keap campaign triggers.

 

 


btw - the form and all follow-up actions work very well when I use it directly
