Webhook > Retrive Poll > Can't find new entries

Hi everyone,

I have just set up a webhook and the trigger is RETRIEVE POLL that worked just fine… for ONE time.

After the initial test it stoped to find new entries.

When I paste the SOURCE URL in a browser I can see all the new entries, but when the ZAP runs (or I test the step) it returns a message like this: 

“We couldn't find any more entries. Create a new entry in your account and try again.”

On ZAP history It also has ran just ONCE. When I force it to run it finds nothing new.

Again: the trigger is working, I insert new entries in the source app, I can see the entries in a browser when I paste the source url, but zapier only shows the 3 initial entries from the original setup (A,B,C). The new ones are ignored (there are at least 5). Yes, I have tried the LOAD MORE button. I have tried different deduplication keys also.

What can I do?

Good question.

Make sure to obscure your API Key in screenshots.

 

Perhaps consider using Webhooks from the app instead of using a retrieve poll

This API key is just for test.

The webhook you have suggested is from a third party e-commerce software, not the app I’m trying to integrate with.
