Question

Webhook Payload looks good, but then becomes comma separated.

You’ll see in this video (https://monosnap.com/file/PAnNVmB6wpJhWPX6xSnh5CzLUgSfcY) that the Payload coming from Typeform is pretty and the values are separated making them easily readable/accessible. However, once I try to use the data in an Action (see below) it’s all comma separated and not usable.

Do I really need to separate all the individual fields to use this data? Can this be in in bulk?

Hi @Dubs24

Good question.

That means the data is an array of items.

Zapier pre-parses those arrays into individual variables.

You can use the Formatter > Utilities > options related to Line Items.

Thank you @Troy Tessalone - I’m familiar with those but I’m not clear on how I would do this in mass? Can you think of a good path forward?

@Dubs24

We would need more context about how your are trying to use that data in the following Zap action steps. (screenshots)

@Troy Tessalone - I have an online submission form that has 5 questions that my customers answer. I want to write those 5 questions and their answers to an activity note in my CRM.
