Hi everybody,

I’m trying to connect my Contact Form 7 to Zapier using Webhook plugin CF7 to Webhook.

I put the  Webhook URL from Catch Raw Hook, since selecting Catch Hook doesn’t generate any Webhook URL

Catch Row Step

I’m not able to connect to Zapier.
It shows the following message: “ We couldn’t find a request”.

Test Trigger

It’s the first time I’m doing this process for this account.

Anyone can help me?

Thank you,
Francesco

Hi @Franz.Sap86

Good question.

You should use Catch Hook (the Zap trigger will generate the URL) instead of Catch Raw Hook.

After you configure the Webhook inf CF7, you need to test the form.

Then you need to test the Zap trigger to pull thru the test.

Help article about how to change the trigger test data: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496310366093

Here’s what I get if I select Catch Hook

Anyway, even with the URL, I can’t get trough it.

I pick the URL from Zapier

Paste it into the CF7 contact form

Then, I generate a new test lead from the contact form in the Landin Page.
But still…..

@Franz.Sap86

Zap triggers have built in data deduplication: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496260269965-Data-deduplication-in-Zaps

In the Special Mail Tags section, you need to map the desired fields from the CF7 form you want sent on the webhook.

Make sure you click the link shown in the screenshot.

For example:

First Name: [first_name]

Last Name: [last_name]

etc.
