Question

Webhook hydrate file

Hi Everyone,

I’m new to Zapier and absolutely loving it so far!

That said, I’m not a coder, so please forgive me if I use any incorrect terminology.

I’m trying to perform a GET request using a Webhook, following the vendor’s documentation, but the response I get is a Hydrated File. When I test the same parameters using curl on my local machine, I can see the raw JSON response without any issues.

What might I be doing wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best regards,
Scott

Hi @cyberkaizen

For us to have more info, post these:

  • link to the vendor’s documentation for the API endpoint you are using
  • screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • screenshots showing the data returned after testing the Zap step
