Hi,

 

We are using webhooks to catch the new leads that register to our platform, I have already put the URL in the registration form webhook options, and registered as if i was a new lead for test purposes. However, when  go to the Zap it seems like the webhook does not catch the lead. Any idea how to fix it? Thank you

 

 

Hi @VKA 

If the Zap webhook trigger is not detecting new leads, then either:

  • the test to fire the webhook URL was not done properly
  • the webhook URL is not configured properly in the origin app
  • the origin app did not fire the webhook URL
