Very confused here. This zap was working properly a week ago. And it just randomly broke?

 

I have a webhook from my PPL service, and they send leads through it, it then imports into my Monday.com CRM. With all of the information, since this week. The columns are completely blank once they hit Monday.com , although the webhook clearly has data in it.

 

The fields are dynamically mapped from the webhook as shown in the photos to the appropriate columns. The last photo is of the monday.com item once it’s created.

Check your Zap Runs history to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

 

It may be that the variable label changed in the webhook data payload, thus you would need to remap the variables in the Zap steps.

 

e.g. These are considered different variables:

  • first_name
  • First_Name
  • FirstName
