Hi There! I currently have a Zapier integration to use Gmail to auto-respond to form submissions on our website, but it appears that you can only select one “Form Name” per zap. Since I will be creating landing pages, there will likely 20-30+ Form Names on our site. Is it possible to create a generic auto responder that works with EVERY form name on our site?

Thanks!

Hi @Printworks138

Good question.

Which form app are you using?

Hi Troy! The form(s) that I’m referencing are made in Webflow. So currently my process is that I set up a trigger for when a form is submitted on our website, and then have it sending a confirmation email via Gmail integration. It works fine currently, however it will only allow me to select (1) individual form name, when I would like the integration to complete when any form is filled out on the site. Currently I only have (2) different forms (‘Email Form’, and ‘Landing Email Form’) which require 2 separate Zaps, but eventually I will have 20-30+ different form names and do not want to require creating 20-30 separate Zaps to do the same thing for each form. Is there a way to do this under the “Custom” selection?

Thank you!

@Printworks138

It’s unlikely you’ll be able to use a Custom value for the Webflow Zap trigger to indicate all forms.

You can try this workaround.

Set a webhook in Webflow for the “form_submission” event: https://developers.webflow.com/reference/create-webhook

The Zap trigger will be Webhooks - Catch Hook, which will provide the unique URL to set in Webflow: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help

Thank you, Troy!
